Mark found that from Arby’s “the regular Roast Beef sandwich (350 calories, 12 grams of fat, 39 grams of carbs) and the Melt sandwich (330 calories, 11 grams of fat, 40 grams of carbs)” is a viable choice for many and that at Burger King one of the healthiest options is “the TenderGrill Chicken Sandwich without mayo (360 calories and 7 grams of fat, 5 of them saturated)”.

Without putting in too much work something viable can be found at many restaurants, so don’t loose hope just put in a little homework and enjoy a meal out occasionally.
